Lady gaga의 "I'll Never Love Again"이라는 노래를 K-POP 안유진이라는 가수의 목소리로 듣게 되었다. 유튜브 영상을 시청을 한 것이지.
노래를 듣는데 옛 인연이었던, 한 여인이 내게 한 말이 생각났다.
"내가 다시 누군가를 사랑하게 될 줄 몰랐어요"
당시에는 그 말의 의미를 몰랐다.
그 여인을 밀어내고 나서
10년도 넘는 시간이 흘러서야 그 말의 의미를 알게 되었다.
그 당시 마음들은 어떤 마음이었는지는 모르겠다.
오래된 이야기다.

"내가 다시 누군가를 사랑하게 될 줄 몰랐어요" 말이
참, 젊은 마음을 가진 자에게 어울리는 말인가 싶다, 그런 젊은이가 할만한 말인가 싶다.
그래서 글을 쓰고 있다.
늙고 보니
사랑이라는 마음도
슬픔도,
화냄도,
기쁨도,
기대도,
마음이 부지런히 움직어야 가능한가 싶다.
그 마음이 그리운 마음인가 보다.

늙어서 놓치고 싶은 않은게 많으면
참 부지런해야 싶다.
